If I start a home business, get license, EIN #, set up business checking account today will I be able to rent a apartment or house and get a new car using my business credit within the next two months?

You can try but most will want you as personally responsible.
Many before you have traveled that path & scorned many. Most places won't allow a brand new business credit more than maybe a $200 trade account at Staples or Office Depot.

No. Normally when looking to buy a car or rent a place, they look at your individual credit rating. Your business would be way too new to even consider using your credit info from that anyway.

No….first your business needs to be around for at least a year. Also it depends on your credit rating and what I would do is get a checking account in your business name so you can start building credit for the business name….also do some office supplies and so forth…then in a couple of years when your business is doing well…then go for the rent of a home and a car then.
